Booking Process

To make a booking at Maple Roots Villa, you can contact us via phone at +91-9928686346 or +91-9413174160. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays. Located on Jaisamand Road, near Ramya Resort in Sagar Green, Aryafala, Savina Titardi, our villa offers easy access to all major attractions in Udaipur.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment
• A booking confirmation email will be sent with all details
• Please carry a valid ID proof at the time of check-in
• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Payment Terms

• Advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the booking
• Balance payment to be made at the time of check-in
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash
• For long-term stays, payment terms can be discussed

Guest Policy

• Maximum occupancy as per villa type (2BHK: 4 guests, 3BHK: 6 guests, 4BHK: 8 guests)
• Additional guests may be allowed with extra charges (subject to availability)
• All guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in
• Visitors are allowed but must inform the caretaker
• Parties and events require prior approval

House Rules

• No smoking inside the villa premises
• No pets allowed (except service animals with prior approval)
• No loud music after 10:00 PM (to respect neighbors)
• Please maintain cleanliness and take care of the property
• Damage to property will be charged as per actual cost
• Pool usage is at your own risk (4BHK villa)
• Use of kitchen appliances should be done with care

Important Notes

• The villa is located in a residential area - please be respectful of neighbors
• Parking space is available but limited
• WiFi is provided but speed may vary
• Power backup is available but may not cover all appliances
• For events and parties, additional charges may apply
• Pre-wedding shoots require advance booking and may have separate charges

Safety & Security

• The villa has CCTV cameras in common areas for security
• Caretaker is available on-site for assistance
• Keep your valuables safe - we are not responsible for lost items
• Emergency contact numbers will be provided at check-in
• Fire safety equipment is available on the premises

Special Requests

For special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, birthday decorations, event arrangements, or any other requirements, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests subject to availability.
